Digi Spain Telecom S.L.U. („Digi Spain”), the Company’s subsidiary in Spain, and Sota Investments Spain OpCo S.L.U. have completed the first delivery under thetransaction having as subject matter the sale by Digi Spain of a Fibre-to-the-Home (“FTTH”) network in 12 provinces across Spain.
